Where is my apparel made?
All of our apparel is designed and printed here in Nova Scotia, Canada. The garments themselves are produced within the Americas. Most often in Honduras, Nicaragua or the mainland USA.
How is the quality of my apparel?
Halifornia uses only top quality garments from premium producers to supply our brand. We guarantee the apparel you receive will be some of the comfiest, most smooth and well produced garments you've had the pleasure of owning.
Shipping your apparel
How long will it take to receive my apparel?
We believe in quality; and good quality takes time. When you place your order, if all pieces you have requested are in stock in our office, your order will be sent out within 36 hours. If you have ordered a piece which is currently in super high demand and we do not not have it in stock, your order will be shipped the day we receive our next completed production run (usually every Friday). Once your product is shipped, delivery time of course is dependant on your location. Most of our orders are international therefore we ask that you please allow a full 10 to 20 business days to receive your order in the mail. We ship via Canadapost Small Packet International Air and your order will be delivered by your local shipping company.
How much does the shipping cost?
We calculate shipping costs based on order weight and of course, by country. Our shipping charges are very affordable and the lowest possible price among any carrier to receive your order, guaranteed. When you finish placing items in your cart and you would like to checkout, once you provide a shipping address, you will have a chance to see the shipping rate before you choose to complete your order.
Do I receive a tracking number with my order?
Canadian orders containing only one piece of apparel will not receive tracking. Larger Canadian orders will receive an email including tracking information when your order is shipped. International orders are sent Canadapost Small Packet International - Air and do not come with tracking. However, for these international orders, we have a reference order number so if there should be any issues receiving your order, we can investigate and locate the package. We are not responsible for items lost in transit by your local postal provider in your country.
I provided the wrong address and didn't get my package. What now?
We are NOT responsible for lost items due to an incorrect address provided for shipping. If, for example, you forgot to include your apartment number and the package is return to us and we are charged for the return shipping. We will a) request you pay the additional cost to resend the package or b) Refund your order less the shipping cost and the cost incurred for the return to sender shipping.
Will I be charged customs fees?
All Halifornia apparel is shipped from our home location of Nova Scotia, Canada. We offer shipping to nearly every country in the world and can not guarantee whether or not you will be charged import duties on your order by your country. Most countries do not, however please note, we are not responsible for any duty fees you may need to pay to your country's border services to receive your order. In our experience, these duties are usually no more than 10 or 15%, however, if you are worried about this, please consult your government website to inquire about duty (customs) fees before purchasing. No reimbursements of customs duty fees will be issued.
We currently ship worldwide to all countries except Guatemala, Iran, Iraq, Mozambique and North Korea. This is due to Canadapost international shipping restrictions and is beyond our control. We hope to offer shipping options to these countries in the near future.
I did not receive my apparel. Now what?
If you did not receive your order after 30 days since your order was placed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not respond to complaints regarding orders placed less than 30 days ago. Internationally delivery is dependant not only on Canadapost but on the timeliness of your local postal service. We will then open a support ticket and investigate the location of your order. If your item is deemed lost in transit, we will resend a replacement order no earlier than 10 business days after your support ticket is opened.
Refunds & Exchanges
Can I get a full refund before my order is shipped?
Yes. If you change your mind for any reason and would like to request a full refund AND your order has NOT been shipped yet, you may do so by emailing us at email@example.com
I ordered a piece of apparel and it is too big or too small.
If you would like to exchange your apparel for another size, simply send it back to us, unworn and we will assist you by sending out the correct size. *You may be responsible for shipping costs of the new shirt being sent out.
I received by apparel but I don't like it. Can I get a refund?
If you are unhappy with your apparel, you may send it back within 7 days of receiving it (unworn in new condition) and we will provide a full refund less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee (to cover shipping materials and labour used to send your order).

If I order a piece of apparel and take a picture or video in it. Will you post it to your social media?
Our goal is to help you grow your personal brand using our network and platform. If your photo or video meets our quality standards, you can submit it by emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org (You must include your Instagram username to be featured.)
